the Ghetto Gourmet is more than just ghetto fabulous - you don't even have to come to them; they'll come to you. forming impromtu restaurants in your kitchen, their kitchen, artist's lofts, warehouses - wherever people will come to eat, host jeremy and chef joe make a killer pair in providing art, entertainment, and downright fuckin GOOD FOOD. they'll even sing for you while you eat. cheaper than Chez Panisse and without all the bullshit, this is a definite hit. visit their website and sign up for their mailing list to make sure you catch the next culinary circus.
The next event is @ Suite 100 in San Francisco. Suite 100 is an intimate art gallery and gathering place for SF artists, musicans, and people who love artists and musicians.
the menu will be southern/cajun with a mess of grits and lots o'crustaceans. vegetarian/vegan meals will be prepared especially for those who desire.
